A fight between Klitschko and Haye sounds interesting, but in reality, Klitschko would punish Haye.

I seriously doubt Haye would be able to handle himself against Chagaev, Valuev, or Liakhovich, much less "The Steelhammer" himself.

I would love to be able to say, Haye could beat the dog **** out of Wlad, but I cant. Haye's chin is not much better than Wlads glass one, but in any event, it would interesting to see the two face off. It would certainly be more enertaining than Wlad/Thompson, which I expect to generate little to no interest with boxing fans.

Sure is. If Haye does get a title, etc., then Klitschko will knock him cold. Just a matter of whether Haye can get his hands on one of the big titles.

'I never heard about him, he came out of nowhere'
    Talk is cheap'
    'Behave yourself!'

That's funny, I prefer the understated guys, Wlad kept his cool.

At the end of this video, he says, something to the effect of It may end up in the ring, where I'll teach him good behavior......or something like that.

And that is exactly what Haye set out to accomplish with his confrontation; promote the fight and to get Wlad fired up at him and wanting to fight him in order to shut his mouth. Haye seems to have got the job done, somewhat. Wlad didn't come apart with rage, no, but he does now see the fight as something in his future, if both are to keep winning, yes. Haye is now on Wlad's mind.

So as cocky and unprofessional as Haye was, he was successful.

wow, for Haye being 6'3 Wlad still has a massive size edge over him. Haye has never been hit like WLad hits before. I don't see how he could get past the jab and do damage. I would predict a onesided middle round ko for Wlad.

  9. YAP-YAP-YAP, Haye dosen't know when to shut up, for a guy that was stopped by Carl Thompson he talks to much ****:-(
Klits would knock his dumb ass out in 6 rounds, to big to strong, Haye is way to over-hyped:nono

Listen, Wlad is THE champ at heavy and nobody - ****in nobody - at that weight even can put a glove on him. Not even Povetkin at this stage.

However - David Haye has got a fantastic style to beat Wlad. It would be a very interesting fight and I cant wait for this to happen.

Yeah, I think further unification would be more in demand, as well as being better for the divsion, than seeing Wlad fight Haye.

But you never know. The Haye Wlad fight may be in great demand, as much coverage as all of this is getting. Regardless of which would be in highest demand or not, further unification would obviously be much better for the future of the division.

i got to be impressed with the way wlad conducted himself, he just let haye get on with it and he was looking back smiling, for him to remain supercool takes some doing, i dont think many other heavies would have remained cool like that.
he seems a real nice guy, and i like haye too but total contrast in personalities!!!!

Wladimir Klitschko set himself up to be called out by cruiserweights with his lackadaisical performance against Ibragimov, a lot of fighters think they can beat Wlad now. I feel Divid Haye is underestimating Klitschko though. Wlad has fought the best heavyweights and has been hit by big punchers, Haye hasn't. When Wlad lands one of his rights on him(if he's not afraid to throw more than 7 a fight), Haye will find out what the heavyweight division is all about.

Haye's chin hasn't been checked by any good heavyweights yet, we'll know soon enough about Haye at heavy. Even if his chin is good, his defense is not.
