Good point. Fury's arm punches may be effective against smaller HW's due to his massive size advantages, but I reckon that they will do a lot less to somebody his own size
Many years ago, on a boxing forum that's been down for more than a decade, there was a seemingly nice poster at Boxing Wise - I believe he went by the name "Jim", and he was a decent poster who always kept it classy and polite. Jim was real life friends with Lou Savarese, and in the lead-up to the Tyson-Savarese showdown, Tyson had to postpone the fight - at least once, but possibly twice (I don't recall). Anyway, reading your post reminds me of a post good'ol' Jim made back in the day, to wit, "Postponing the fight is just going to make Lou angrier and he will punish Tyson more severely for making him wait". The similarities are uncanny. :smoke
So you honestly believe Fury is unable to hurt Wlad?patsch Fury's last 4 fights - 100% KO Wlads last 4 fights - 50% KO This is going to look like Hopkins v Pavlik.
That's certainly true, but that one thing, he does very well. I'm not convinced that Fury's versatility will help him here. Of course, I could be wrong and we will be in for a fun fight. Actually, I hope so. Otherwise it will be the usual jab-jab-clinch, jab-jab-clinch, jab-BOOM ... and Fury goes down.
No no stick with wlad. Remember what was said ..."fury has no chance whatsoever" these same words will resonate indefinitely throughout your whole life lol. Tinnitus
I like Fury, likable buffoon and always entertaining, but he's in for a severe doctoring from Dr Steelhammer.
Klitschko is far more likely to get DQed due to persistent holding. He was lucky to only get a 1 point deduction against Jennings.
You mean Jennings was lucky to get away with no point deduction, even no warning. If there was fair referee Jennings was going to be DQ.
You have it twisted. By making Fury angrier he's only guaranteeing the oaf will be even sloppier, which means Fury gets KTFO even faster. :good
