yeah a fight where one guy gets sent to the ER is really boring. I would much rather sit and watch Davis Haye run in circles around Valuev for 12 rounds throwing 8 punches a round. :roflatsch

Winning all the time and putting opponents in the hospital does get a little boring. Blame the weak opposition, not the ATG brothers. :deal

 

A lot of Wladimir's fights have bored the crap out me, but Vitali's last fight was ok, eventhough it seems that he's fighting nothing but overweight punching bags lately (Johnson, Arreola, Briggs). I like Haye but the Valuev and Ruiz fight weren't exciting at all. He showed good skills but too much movement and not enough combos.

 

It's true, the Klitschkos fights are boring to a BOXING fan like me. They still draw the attention of the general public, because they're hyped.
Now it's not the Klitschkos fault tho. They're good (not great) fighters, but they have no competition in a weak ass HW era. And Haye doesn't have the balls to face them - he's the only one that could give them a competitve fight imo, at least for a few rounds.

 

The Klit Sisters sure do seem to be the most popular on ESB...every other thread is about them. They have more heat than Floyd by miles.

 

Vitali is past his best too. He's pushing on 40, and gave a shellacking to a younger man without dropping a single round. When's the last time you saw Shannon Briggs get physically bullied like that? Most people were calling for a stoppage from the 8th, its not Vitali's fault that Briggs hung in there

I don't even like the Klitschko's but I thought that was one of the Better performances, especially round 10 where Vits gave it all.
