Tyson would completely cave in Vitlay's ribs, then feast on them for dinner.

I was groggy and tired before I opened this thread. Now, seeing this footage and imagining the fight over again, I'm hype as hell. You realize how bad boxing is starving for something like that. Suddenly, Vitali doesn't seem like a somewhat boring fighter to me, but a salivating challenge.

K's are still active champs. So many athletes out there hit the slopes and never regain good physical health. I probably don't give Mike enough credit for ravaging his body to get weight that people struggle sometimes for several years to shred. Partially due to body type and training/nutrition knowledge, but a great amount of dedication.

in 2005 yes, but the 1988 Tyson would kill the Klitschkos. Vitali would stand longer as Wladimir but Vitali would fall also..

I'd like to hear what they're talking about. Probably something only two G's like Tyson and Vitali would understand

At that point there would be no doubt about it, but I think we're talking primes here.

    Hard fight to decipher.

On the one hand there is a consensus that Mike struggled with those he could not intimidate, and Vitali is certainly hard to do that. Vitali has a good jab, good chin and good stamina, the sort of attributes you would think are required to beat Tyson.

But for me, the intangibles work in Tyson's favour. Neither Klitschko brother fights particularly well going backwards (Wlad doesn't even throw a punch), so it's hard to envisage what the gameplan would be with a small, bobbing, weaving fighter like Mike constantly in his face applying pressure. How would Vitali cope with that!?!? The jab is almost negated by Tyson making himself so small.

Vitali does have a fantastic chin, but even great chins can be KO'd by Tyson. Sanders shook Vitali, of that there is no doubt, could he handle more than a couple of Tyson's bombs?

If Vitali lasts longer than 7 rounds he'll have a chance of stopping Mike late, and this is a very real possibility. But for prediction purposes, I'll go with Tyson within 5 rounds.

There is a possibility that Tyson may have slipped up and injured himself on the trail of **** that would have issued from Wlad's shorts.:think

The size difference is massive but Tyson did take on quite a few guys between 6'4-6'5, is 2-3inches really going to make that much difference?

It's one of the better fantasy fights at HW out there IMO. At least if people are being honest with themselves as far as the ability and threat Vitali brings to the table. And I believe Tyson TKO within six rounds. If not and past that, and it gets messy.
