That is indeeeeed the question - is that to avoid/taking away Wlads main weapon - the powerful jab? - I've just clicked on just how disrespectful they (Hayes camp) are towards Wlad - check out 2:46 onwards - Its professionalism, but my god how disrespectful. - Didn't know Pernel Whittaker/Wladimir Klitschko is actually the same individual - you learn something everyday.
I very much doubt that Haye is going southpaw in this bout. However, I did watch Wlad-Peter again today. When Wlad peppers the jab, he sometimes (mostly in the early rounds) leaves the jab out there/pushes his opponent somewhat off balance...it will be interesting to see if Haye will attack in the southpaw stance at times to maybe take advantage of this. Booth doesn't half seem confident about this bout. I know Wlad is the favourite, and I have him as the favourite...but Booth seems quietly confident about it all, like he has come up with a gameplan no one is expecting. Both Booth and Haye probably knew they weren't ready for Wlad two years ago...
Haye can keep f'in around, makes no difference whatsoever and a waste of his energy. Wlad's punches were very sharp. I know for one thing I would not want to be eating those for even a round. Haye is ****ed.
Wlad looks seriously fast and sharp, couldn't tell much from Hayes apart from the fact he was boxing southpaw
