Usually the main events in germany are 9pm to 10pm our time in UK. Its free on one of the german channels if you got the right satellite gear.
Hopefully Haye will be either a pundit or commentator for the sky coverage as thats the impression i got when Ian Darke (i think it was) spoke about Haye "being there" for sky's coverage of the fight when Khan was on
