No matter what the result for Joshua vs Klitschko will be, the winner must face Pulev after that fight. Would fancy Klitschko - Pulev II, a fight with really bad intentions from both sides (and Pulev didn't know how to dodge the left hook from Wladimir).

Difficult fight for Joshua, but if he can beat Klitschko, he is very likely to beat Pulev as well.

Meanwhile, Deontay Wilder is fighting Wawrzyk and considering Rudenko & Kauffman for his sixth voluntary defense.

Yes its really smart making $100,000 fighting for your plastic belt, when you could be cashing out and retiring for a fight worth $20,000,000

How many limo drivers and labourers does Wilder need to bounce around like a basketball per year to make as much as he would if he just fought one top 5 HW in a big fight (cashed out)?

    The answer is 200

I thought the WBA have just announced that the winner HAS to fight Ortiz?

Regardless, if Joshua wins then Pulev won't take up his position as challenger to the belt as he's recently turned down three huge career high offers according to Eddie Hearn's latest interview. Pulev has no interest in facing Joshua even for big money.

And wilder breaths a sigh of relief .

Do you think has an inferiority complex and doesn't feel he can compete with anyone decent?

Pulev ran from Joshua like his life was in danger ,now all of a sudden he wants the fight? What a dope ,bc Joshua will be much harder to defeat after Wlad . Wlad will put less pressure on him but will still k.o him.

The Joshua / Klitschko winner should face WILDER asap. That's the fight I want to see.

I hope Joshua wins, then. Wlad-Pulev 2 would be totally pointless.

    Ummmmm....

Pulev turned down the fight before Joshua was a titlist.

If I recall.....the offer was low 6 figures.

Pulev earned close to 5 mil fighting Wlad, and he's already set for life since his wife is the wealthiest pop singer in Eastern Europe. A Bulgarian Lady Gaga.

Kubrat has an excellent offensive jab using a subtle step to push the jab upwards giving it more pop and causing it to land more as a straight L.

His team has watched Joshuas fights closely, just as they had Wlads, and they have a plan just for the situation.
Vs Wlad, the idea was to drive 1-2s from the front foot or lead R hands over Wlads jab.

Wlads reflexes were at their peak that night, as was his confidence, but a chess match was not in Pulev's mind.

VS Joshua, he will undoubtedly swerve from that strategy, that is unless Wladimir exposes a soft chin that Brazeale landed square on, that Whyte drilled on multiple occasions, and that walked directly into a blind OH R by Dorian Darch.

Whyte UNDOUBTEDLY staggered the Champ, but was unable to land anything significant to follow it up and genuinely hurt him.

Pulev......he might be able to put a combo together on Joshua. That is unless Wladimir somehow turns back the clock and beats him to it.

See Eddie Hearn's latest interview, he states that they made 3 career high offers to Pulev to fight on Dec 10th for huge money and they were all turned down because Pulev wanted to defend his European belt.

That tells me that Pulev has no interest in facing Joshua and will absolutely not take up his options as mandatory challenger because it will only be for 25% which will no doubt be less than what Hearn offered him to fight on this month's card.

    It was a straight duck.

Wilder doesn't have a clue what he wants anymore,in the past few weeks he's skipped from wanting to face the winner of Wlad v AJ only to call out Povetkin on social media straight after AJ dealt with drummer boy in three or was it two?
Anyway as we suspected Wilder gets his tune up from what was a nasty injury but here's the rub I'd heard of two or even three possible tune ups which could take him into 2018 without risking a thing whilst AJ,Wlad and the Parkers of this world have to put it on the line like they should but still it shows us how weak Wilder is mentally and who wants to see him fight Stiverne again?

Let me summarise this for you ...........

Pulev needed HUGE payday bc he knew chances were slim against Joshua .

His team can watch 24 hrs of Joshua ,its a death sentance . Stylistically he and physically he has no answer for someone like Joshua .

Klitchko is going to give him more lean way from the outside ,this will enable Pulev to think and possibly advance his own distance of stradgy bc hes a bait type counter puncher , Doing that with Joshua inside skill set of power combos (Klitchko does not throw in much flurries ) hes a dead man,he has no power there to do anything . Compared to Wlad ,Joshua would be on vacation in the ring with Pulev .

And as someone stated numerous offers were offered and in Dec. Pulev now wants the fight of either(MAYBE) hes cashing out with a loss to either .

You'd think Deonkey would want to fight Pulev... oops, forgot his glass chin means he only fights no marks. Silly me.

All on a couple weeks notice, while as I said.....Pulev preps specifically for an opponent.
10 days is hardly the time needed for preparing to WIN a world title fight vs a seriously imposing Champion.

In terms of the offers.....they came within a couple weeks of the fight, while Pulev was already under contract to defend his title at home, where he'd spent considerable money preparing the event.

Imagine if Haymon offered Joshua or Klitschko 20 mil right now to come to Alabama on April 15th?

Don't know how much AJ or Wlad are getting when it's all said and done, but I can't imagine it being significantly mroe than 20 mil.
And who would clean up the catastrophic mess of the MEGA EVENT being shut down?

Thats the situation Pulev was in back on the 10th.

He had a mega event....for Bulgarian standards and was committed to giving his people a show.
