I can name 20 HW challengers over the last 50 yrs that Mormeck blasts out inside 5 rds, and prolly 50 that he outworks for a decision.

Will I watch the fight.....of course. Will HBO air the fight....probably.

Nobody ought to be excited. If anyone is, they haven't seen Mormeck's HW campaign - or they're a blind WK nuthugger who will say anything to make him and each & every addition to his resume look good. Simple as that.

HBO should not touch it. If they've passed on previous Klitschko defenses for lack of quality and excitement there should be consistency. This might be the worst defense he has ever made. Past blacked-out contenders generated much more excitement and were far worthier of TV time than a washed up French cruiserweight who's been eking out a living gnawing on the soft underbelly of the HW top 20-30.

 

Wlad vs Mormeck, there´s a match-up that doesn´t really add up to the word exciting.

But then again, who else is available?

Bum of the month -type of fight coming up, but that´s still better than not fighting at all for Wlad (and Mormeck will also get a decent pay-check for his retirement fund).

I´ll watch it, but excited? NO way
