I know you're being sarcastic , all make mistakes though and this isn't a new one, the Klitschkos had their share of miserable quotes or mistakes but in this case I can't really blame Vitali.

If he went for a tune-up then people will say he's not serious and is scared of Rahman, if he goes for a title shot(against the #2 fighter out there) then he doesn't deserve it. It gets messy sometimes.

Oh yeah...Julius Long and Robert Hawkins...the beasts of the Heavyweight division!! Quality opposition!! Let's throw in Yanqui Diaz and Jeremy Williams also!! Har-har!!

He looked fat indeed, if he takes this lightly then he doesn't deserve to be a champion.

Exactly, but those are the rules and they are playing by the rules...so, you are obviously hating the game!!

Any better out there?, the division is already lacking anyway so I can't really blame any heavyweight right now for the opponents they pick. Hawkins was a tune-up after his loss to Wladimir then came Long who was a tune-up as well and a tall fighter. Williams was a very good opponent he fought and too early in his career where he was the underdog.

Only made the comparison because he is the last fighter to retire as WBC Champion without losing the belt by defeat.

I said if Peter would have continued like that, he obviously chose to do the right thing...ViTKLiT cared more about his "stats" than a legacy though...

Of course there is better opposition out there...but that wasn't the point I was making. It was a rebuttal to Suge's criticism of V Klit's opposition. That's all

ViTKLiT will blow his load early...Peter is a 12 round fighter and will get rid of him late...

You think Peter will handle Vitali's power well enough early?, I'm having like mixed thoughts everytime I wonder about how he will handle his power. He handled Wladimir's well enough but I think that fight ruined his ability to take a punch.

I agree 100%...he hasn't been the same fearless fighter since the fight with Baby Bro. If Vitali is the same fighter he was 4 years ago, the fight will be a methodical beatdown like the Danny Williams fight.

This fight is so interesting because we don't know what to expect from Vitali or Peter.

    Vitali in 4 KO

No...and that wasn't even suspected until McCline.

There were 5 fight between WLAD and McCline, and all of them but one went their respective distances...that's a lot of punch absorption for a guy who was ruined...

It's BS, and I expect better from you.

WLAD must really throw some creeper punches if it's takes two years before you feel the effects...WRONG.

I disagreed with such claims too but that reminded me of many different views about how Toney was able to gain Peter's attention with punches some time and stun him, then the McCline knockdowns come and Maskaev hurting him comes right after it. Can't deny all of them, sure the Toney ones I always called as bull**** and still do but the Maskaev and McCline ones can't be ignored.

Anything is possible man, this fight makes me nervous everytime I think of it, just wondering how will Peter handle those huge right hands when they land and it's pretty obvious they WILL land and as early as the first round.
