    This doesn't seem that bad at all to me. Except maybe the health insurance part. Surely the safety of the fighters is paramount. Although I have no idea what the usual procedure is on these things. Do fighters usually have to cover themselves regardless???

    Either way, I reckon Povetkin doesn't fancy it. He's had the mandatory status for ages now. The IBF should just **** him off now.

    Yeah, it's blatantly obvious that Povetkin doesn't fancy it.

    Given that he was ranked so highly so quickly, if he'd just come out and said ''I don't think I'm ready'' it would be alright.

    As it is, he's had about four fights in three years, which isn't what you want going into a big fight.

    In truth, none of the current heavyweights will ever be ready for Wlad judging by current form. I'm surprised they aren't queueing (sp!) round the block to get Vitali in the ring though.

    Unless the contract includes a match with Wlad :lol:
