    Wladimir will fight different against Povetkin than against Pianeta. Banks is training Wlad to open up early and more often IMO. Povetkin will be dropped and stopped for the first time in his career.

    I don't think current Povetkin is more dangerous fight than Peter 2 was.

    Moscow though..

    this fight will look like Wlad-Chagaev, with Wlad playing around and systematically breaking Povetkin down until he either gets KO'd or pulled out by his corner

    Povetkin is not a joke as a lot of people on here makes him out to be. He has beaten some decent guys, but he lacks depth outside his top 3 wins.
    That being said, he is going to walking into barrages of pin-point accurate power shots from Wladimir :deal.

    Neither Chagaev or Peter were anywhere near as capable of working their way inside, fighting inside or combination punching as Povetkin is. Chagaev is a natural counter puncher who likes to work from mid range and step back out and Peter was a rather crude puncher.

    I can't see how Povetkin will be able to cut off the ring and get to inside. Even when he does get inside he doesn't have the size and strength to not be man handled and break free from the clinch to work.
