The purse bid for Klitschko vs. Povetkin is scheduled today. Has anybody yet heard anything about the outcome?

A purse bid when both have bouts in front of them?

Stuipid as hell. K2 also complained about it. Yet the purse bid had to happen today.

If K2 wins then there's a chance Povetkin will find a way out again.

A guess would be that K2 wins again, with Povetkin/Sauerland backing out of the fight again.

In the last 2 pursebids Sauerland was outbid with approx. 3:1. Would be surprising if Sauerland outbid them now.

Maybe they were squeezing the pennys to go all out today...

Sauerland once again mentioned that they have some Russian millionaires backing them and it will show in their purse-bid. Then again they said this the last time around so may be just another smoke-screen.

Sauerland doesn't want to win the purse bid Pov was due for a 3.3 mil payday last time they want K2 to bid as high as possible so Pov makes more money which in turn puts more money in Sauerland's pocket.
