Nope. A cherry picker is someone like Roy Jones Jr or Floyd Mayweather Jr.

 

Yet, they both have better resumes and were never TKO'd by C+ class opposition or worse. Both Jones and Mayweather have been P4P greats, for the last decade and then some, in Jones case. Wlad shouldnt even be discussed in the same sentence as those two greats.

Yep. Amazing to me that the Klit fans sneer at Jones chin yet he went from 160-175 for 10 years without being KO'd, yet when he finally got old they were all laughing like it was exposure time. At the same time their bold hero has been on the canvas 11 times AT LEAST in his career yet they claim he has no chin issues

Jones and Mayweather are both at least 50 places above WALDO on the P4P all time list, and that's being kind to glass WALD.

 

When he was at the lowest point of his career, he took on the most hyped heavy puncher in the division - Samuel Peter. Yeah, he's cherry picking.

Wlad having no chin issues! Wlad goes down faster than a *** at a gay pride march anytime a punch lands anywhere near his chin glass chin.

It's one thing to be a fan, it's another to be completely delusional to compare two guys who are arguably the P4P number one, of 90's (Jones), 2000's (Mayweather). Wlads day is coming, it could be against a fighter like Haye or Peter, or even against lesser known fighter, time will tell.

 

Ah another village idiot came out of the woods. Wlad took a few flush punches from Thompson and didn't even flinch. Oh yeah, Thompson just doesn't hard enough... sure, but you just said that "anytime a punch lands anywhere near his chin." Wlad hasn't been on the canvas in almost 3 years. Sam "The Plodder" Peter was floored 3 times less than a year ago. Wlad has faced better quality opponents too. Just STFU and pray that Vitaly doesn't make it to the ring in October or Peter will be on the flloor again and again and again

 

bring in Valuev. Povetkin is a nice prospect and hence he should not be fed to the top dog for now. let him gain some more experience.

 

Just look at Wlad's last couple oppenents since he became champ in April of 06 by beating Chris Bryd. He took on Brock in november of 06, Brock has medicore power, his knockout over Lawrence helped exagerate it a bit. Wlad then took on journeyman Austin in early 07, who did nothing but fall apart in the 2nd round, next he fought one-eyed Brewster, who landed nothing and was clearly there just for the paycheck, then in feb. of 08 he took on Iggy, in one of the worst Heavyweight title fights in the history of the sport, it showcased two men afraid to unload there punches, for fear of being countered, and just this month Wlad fought a less than stellar oppenent in Thompson, who's best win was against Krasniqi, Thompson landed a few decent shots, but coming in we knew he had no power, and he showed just that.

Wlad does have a weak chin, trust me, I have been watching him closely for the better part of this decade, he's been floored 11 times, TKO'd 3 times, most of which by journymen. Wlad either falls, panics, clinches, and always looks ******ed whenever he gets hit solid. I dont know if it's his glass chin or weak mental pysche that causes this, but a tough fighter he's not.
