Klitschko will be stripped of his Ring title if he doesn't fight a top 5 contender

I like this new policy. Now the ring champ can't sit on their title without fighting the other worthy challengers. The ring title is the only title worth paying attention to now so I like this move.

I didn't agree they were better than an ABC belt, but at least they had some strict guidelines they adhered to.

They started to slip with the 1 v 3 they brought in to wedge Vitali in as their champ on the wave of publicity he got after the Lewis fight.
