I have doubts that K2 approached negioations much different as for instant with a fighter like Ibrahimgov. I also doubt that they view Haye as a bigger threat than Ibrahimgov. That is easy to say now but remember Ibrahimgov was with his quickness and power also supposed to give Wlad some fits. I mean, Haye has fought no one at heavyweight and has a shaky chin. On the other side Ibrahimgov was a more experienced at heavyweight. You could be right but I have my doubts.

Klitschko is an established champ with a couple of belts. Haye is a cruiser with no real history at HW. If Haye wins, he is a hero. If Haye loses, he has a built-in excuse. The fight is risky for Klitschko, because Haye is a pretty good puncher, and Haye would be in a no-lose situation as the small underdog. Klit is right - he doesn't need Haye, but Haye needs him. Haye should drop his demands and give the champ what he wants. I think Haye is the guy who is frightened - he knows he is going to get hit like never before, and he has one shot to make a big wad of cash, so he is trying to get everything he can and every advantage he can.

Likely outcome of the fight: Haye on the ground out cold. He gives away too much size, and Klitschko, though robotic, is a winning machine at this point.

K2 would never act like Don king in this scenario...that is what the poster of the thread is trying to convey here. From what i have seen and read about K2 promotions, they have never treated any fighter unfairly. It is my opinion, that the author of this post just doesn't like the Klitschkos and has no idea what is going on with the negotiations.

Fact is, unless you're involved with camp haye or camp Klitschko, you are forced to assume what is happening and you don't really know.

Yeah cos Haye brings nothing to the table that the likes of Purrity, Sanders and Brewster did right :nut

Haye is a VERY dangerous fight for WALDO, and this is reflected in the negotiations. It's all too easy for the Klit-ites to say that WALDO is very kind at the negotiating table...of course he is when he's negotiating with desperate bums like Thompson, Ibragimov, Rahman and Brock....

Funny how the rematches with Sanders and Purrity never materialised too, considering WALDO is so damn generous. Haye on the other hand never ducked anyone yet he's the guy that's getting jumped on here for not signing the contract :huh

Haye is the challenger, and Klitschko is the champion. Haye needs to know his roll.

He is the one who is fighting for the title, and if he wants it bad enough, he should do whatever it takes, including fighting on Wlads terms, which is the way things go since he is king. Simple as that.

As far as the fight for Wladimir, I will be pulling for him, but Haye is quick and powerful, and that makes him dangerous. I would not at all be surprised to see this fight end in a KO victory for Haye. But a KO victory for Haye is the only way he will win. imo

It is very questionable. No disrespect,I think you know this anyway, but I only believe about 10% of what you say regarding this topic because of bias etc.People would naive to think what you say is gospel.I'd be more foolish to believe what you say, especially keyboard to keyboard
