you only see one fighter beating wlad and thats lennox lewis.in heavyweight history?:?:?:?:?:?:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl
Yeah, but too bad Wlad doesn't have the defense, the chin, or the balls to actually get past the first few rounds.
yeah the current version of wlad, with the safety first approach and wait as long you want and beat the **** out of your opponents for at least 10 rounds. for this version i see only a prime lennox lewis, or an all time great taller then 6.3 fighter and who is fast, has big power and a very good chin as a threat for wladimir klitschko. thats my honest opinion. every one can have an opinion, so its useless to try to tell me that i'm wrong, i know my stuff, you all know your stuff, and if you are all happy then i can say you are all right and i'm wrong, if this is what you all wanna hear to have a better feeling.
Please. Obviously he would do other things in an attempt to win. It is those who blurt out that Tyson would just walk across the ring and land once on Wlad to end the fight that **** these threads up. And no. He lost no power with age. He actually gained it with increased mass and explosive strength. Tyson always had a good first round. His power never went. Ask manny, roach, Tyson, Botha, Bruno etc. Man... Edit. Wow Missed that. When did he lose leverage? In the Williams fight maybe. Not one other time did he lose leverage.
Which ones were better than Wlad? Many had talent and I could argue that they had greater potential/raw talent than Wlad (if I wanted to). But better than Wlad in his pomp? I disagree completely.
I am thinking both k brothers stop him after 8 rds. These guys are soooooo strong and wouldnt allow tyson to push them back when in close. If a person has ever boxed you can see where a small step in either direction against such a shorter man can cause them so many problems
Right. All much lighter than Wlad and Vitali. Shorter too. Saverese is the closest, and he is a C level fighter.
'86-'88 Tyson was a cyborg boxing assassin who would destroy predictable 1-2 punchers like Wlad 10 times out of 10. Far too elusive and far too powerful. Vitali is a different story...he has the power, fluidity, length and arsenal to bother smaller HWs of any era. Tyson v Wlad...Tyson KO3 Tyson v Vitali...Vitali TKO9
mike had no problem getting power shots on tall guys. He had a overhand right.. A leaping left hook from hell... And could uppercut with both hands. All the weapons needed to blitz wlad. This is not a fat heavyweight..lol. A guy with more speed or agility than they ever seen.
Vitali KOing Prime Tyson? :rofl Man the Klit-huggers are hitting a new level, he got destroyed by Shot old Lennox, imagine what the elite fighters in their prime would of done to him.
While true Tyson had all the punches to blitz Wladimir out of there. But what if Wladimir lands the right as he is coming in. I hear all this talk constantly of well if this guy lands a punch on him or that guy lands a punch on hi, but what if Wladimir hits you on the way in.
Tyson TKOs wlad with a looping overhand bolo pivoting left-right combination to the body and head and groin and bicep in the 13th round at 3:01.
Adamek EASILY decisioned the great in-shape SUPER HW Arreola, he would also easily decision one of the greatest HW's of all-time in Joe Louis.
Whilst I do not think Vitali would KO Tyson, this type of reasoning is what is wrong with the general forum. Lewis compared to Tyson: A Solid 7 inches of height difference. An equally massive reach difference. One man is a super skilled mauler and animal, as far as style goes. The other is a boxer puncher who fights behind a jab. One fought men shorter than him his entire career, save the odd exception - Vitali being one. Tyson, vice versa. In short, whilst both are Great fighters, they are nothing alike. What do styles make? A. Heat B. Predation. C. Atomic Nitrogen D. Fights. Answer this correctly and you will have taken the first step to a larger world.
