You know, a semi-declined Tyson fractured Golota's face, gave him a concussion and a herniated a disk...

Just saying that midget could break a brothers head open.

Power is always the last to go.

Tyson bigger and stronger at the end of his career, and he concentrated more on his power because he could not keep the combos up.

But to say he lost power because he lost leverage?

    He never lost leverage!

Look what he did to Etienne.

Both Klitschkos would do about the same as Lennox Lewis did to Tyson.
    Tyson is overrated.

Prime Vitali KO Iron Mike in 10
Today's Wlad KO Iron Mike in 8

Today's Vitali may have problems with a prime Tyson, but I think he could still win it.
The old Wlad from the Sanders fight would've lost to Tyson within 3 rounds.

I really like Tyson, but his reach disadvantage would make it hard to land his bombs. Wlad and Vitali are so much taller, can throw bombs theirselves and both have decent jabs (Wlad has maybe the best jab of all fighters at present).

:deal Exactly, if lurch was half as good as people claim he would not have gotten his ass kicked by a semi retired, out of shape, 38 yr old Lewis no matter what. What would people say if Holmes fought Tyson evenly and beat him like that in 88? Or if Marciano lost to Louis?

I always envisioned a Mike Tyson/Wladimar fight outcome to be determined early. This is how I envision the fight Wladimar would hammer that jab out there, Tyson would lower come over with a hard left hook. Now 2 things would happen to set the tone of fight. 1 Tyson landing hard shaking up Wlad for a potential early win (no I dont believe Wlad has a glass jaw like others tend to believe) or 2 Wladimar lands a well delivered right cross. If that happens Tyson's bully mentallity would be shot and he will be in for a long beat down. Tyson has to get past the jab, He had the skills to do so but damn Wladimar has mad skills also and a jab right combo setting the tone early would do it.

this is a ****ING STUPID thread, and I cant believe anyone is wasting time with their "expert" opinions. The klits are the two of the worst heavyweight champions in history, in the worst heavyweight division in history.

Slow, robotic, crap. If david haye had a good chin, he would batter the pair of them on the same night. A prime, 1988 version of Mike Tyson would obliterate vlad in 2 rounds, or even earlier depending on when he connected with his jaw cleanly, and would smash vitali within 5-6 rounds. People on here mentioning tysons fights with danny williams, and Kevin Mcbride should be ashamed of themselves. Its equal to mentioning that Ali lost to Larry Holmes. Anyone who thinks that the klitschkos belong in the same ring, as a prime mike tyson are just ****ing idiots.

the only person that KO'd tyson, was tyson himself..
