Alrite lads, (sob story begins) recently been diagnosed with knee cartalage damage and am due to get an operation. :| (sob story over) I was just wondering what cardio activities I can do without too much strain on the knees... so without heavy running, i want to keep my stamina up but am unable to put long mileage in on runs at the moment!
