Thats when they re-toured in Sydney because they cancelled their 2nd and 3rd shows earlier on. I didn't go to those ones, I went earlier in 07 when they were at the Big Top.

Apparently Jeordie is back in Marilyn Manson now. Dunno what to make of that.

Have you heard Jeordie's new band "Goon Moon"?

 

Well Trent wanted a whole new band after this tour so i guess it was a good option. Not a fan of goon moon, its too weird and not really my style.

 

I just heard it the other day, and didn't really think much of it. Doesn't really hit any significance mark for me.

What did you make of the Year Zero album?

 

i like it, but i dont think its something i will listen to for a long time

it feels like alot of the songs sound the same for some reason

 

Saw RATM in 96 in their prime and it wasn't enough to warrant seeing them again - Especially when the Iron Maiden tour is on in Feb too. But then again I'm probably a bit older than you guys.

Yeah, a lot of the songs have the same feel to it. I thought the album was a bit of a let down, but it all sounds good live, as did With Teeth. :good

It just showed muted footage of him yelling out with the other fans. Apparently people want him banned from the tournament because of it.

It might not have been that bad though, the media might be making it out to be more than it is.
