I thought it was better than stuff he's done in the last couple of years, but it's hard to listen to instrumental albums more than a couple of times.

Im going nuts.

Im off work/training still through my dodgy back so im sleeping in then im up all night.

Hence why it looks like i have no life other then posting on esb allday everyday the past2 weeks.

Im probably back to work mid next week if i get a clearance so hopefully back to some normality and training.

does anyone have videos of themselves hitting the heavy bag and so on?? i dunno why but i thought some people that train should post some of there videos, like the am's people, the pros like mark we have seen fight but still would be fun to watch....
ill c next time im in the gym if i can tape something and host it somehow on youtube, but it would prob take me a week or 2....
