i'm still getting bad injuries to my hands..hand protection is very important as i'm a guitar player..at the moment using mexican wraps and imf gel gloves..would knuckle guards..under gloves.. be worth purchasing or any other tips?thanks,mark
from one paranoid guitarist to another: i made my own knuckle guards with some rubber floor underlay, cut similar to a brass knuckle shape so the fingers went through and then folded the rubber back to the centre of the top of my hand and wrapped as per normal over the top. added about a half inch of extra protection for hitting the heavy bags.
