Name a boxer (or boxers?) who during his career stopped 2 men, who once held world titles at lightweight and light heavyweight, respectively.

    So far we have:
    Thomas Hearns (bladerunner)
    Sugar Ray Leonard (TonyCamonte)
    Bernard Hopkins (TonyCamonte)
    Roy Jones (TonyCamonte)

Can anyone name a non-champion, who fits this description?

    Florentino Fernandez (TonyCamonte)

He did stop Phil. Jack O'Brian... but I don't think he ever stopped a lightweight champ.

Hopkins stopped Glen Johnson and Oscar De La Hoya.
Leonard stopped Thomas Hearns and Roberto Duran.

And Roy Jones stopped Vinny Pazienza and Montell Griffin.

I just came across this one and I can't believe that not only wasn't it answered, But I didn't even see this one before.

Bukkake put this up in the beginning of June, so he knows the answer and so do I, so instead of me answering it, lets see it anyone else can.

Can anyone name a non-champion, who ko'd a lightweight and a light heavyweight champ?

When I woke up this morning, I was surprised to find that a 3 month old question of mine had been bumped!

I had forgotten all about it, but you're right, hh... there's some unfinished business here. We got all the obvious answers, but I was of course looking for the tricky one: the non-champ who belongs on this list.

    Another hint:
He was a feared puncher in his time. He did get a title shot - but failed to dent the very sound chin of the champ he was up against.

Florentino Hernandez stopped Paddy DeMarco, former lightweight champ, in '59, and stopped Jose Torres, future Light Heavyweight champ, in '63.
