Koki Kameda vs. John Mark Apolinario RBR

Round 1

Apolinario is dancing to his left and thrusting in with long steps and rapier jabs past Kameda's right glove. Straight right hand by Apolinariom stepping around Kameda and firing before he can set his feet. Kameda just keeps spinning and waiting for Apolinario to settle down.

Round 2

Apolinario is flipping his left jab up toward Kameda's face and having it slapped away by Kameda's right glove. Apolinario picks up the pace and gets in some body jabs while Kameda is still lifting his right glove to anticipate the high jab. Apolinario keeps moving counter-clockwise on the outside, beyond Kameda's reach.

Round 3

Apolinario is spiraling in close, letting Kameda wave the right jab at the moving target, and then quickly strafing to his right while dropping a left jab on the upper half of Kameda's head. Kameda whirls away from the ropes lunging with a right hook to the body, which Apolinario skitters away from on his toes with his guard up and back stretched out to keep his chin out of range of Kameda's coiled left.

Round 4

Apolinario is circling and jabbing but with less space to hold Kameda at bay. Apolinario is muscled into the ropes, where Kameda digs in some body shots. Kameda clips Apolinario in the middle, doubling him over against the ropes. Kameda pounds with some more side-winders on Apolinario, hunched over and shelling up. Every time Apolinario wriggles free and tries jabbing on the outside Kameda just bull-rushes him into the ropes again.

Round 5

Apolinario is still having difficulty getting off the ropes. Kameda is hounding with overhand lefts and high-blocking all of Apolinario's counter up-jabs and flurries while pressing him up to the perimeter. Big body shots by Kameda wherever he can sling them in. Apolinario is getting cornered often but ducking his way free.

:nod The movement and jab was all well & cute until Kameda said "alright, enough of this ****" and just started plowing him with that relentless tanking high-guard/body attack.

 

Round 6

Apolinario is tagged on the outside by some left hand leads while carrying his arms low, curving at the waist and tilting his neck to slip punches. Kameda varies up the left hand, going to head and body. Apolinario is walked into the ropes, where Kameda hooks away vigorously with his right, wide and powerful blows hammering into Apolinario's torso as he folds up and scrunches his shoulders over his face to build a fort along with his gloves, held on the ropes for a considerable time.
