your really is an idiot. the penalty for going above what is agreed upon weight is to make sure that the fight is not cancelled during weigh in because some idiot cant make the weight. which would you prefer, anticipating a fight for months only to be called off after weigh in or penalize any who goes above and fight pushes thru?
