As Manny Pacquiao sets his eyes on an April clash with Shane Mosley in Las Vegas, his advisor Michael Koncz revealed that negotiations with Golden Boy Promotions regarding a third fight between Juan Manuel Marquez and Pacquiao was shot down because GBP and Marquez have overpriced themselves out. "Marquez and Golden Boy can't figure it out that Manny is the draw not Marquez, so I think they have overpriced themselves on that, and again, as Manny has said so many times, we have nothing to prove. What's amusing to me is a couple of years ago, Marquez flew to the Philippines and begged us to fight him and said he would do that fight for less than a million. So what happened to that million dollar offer, I don't know," Koncz told me Saturday night at the Honda center after Nonito Donaire's win over Wladimir Sidorenko.
