Then explain me why in the blue hell Canelo team ask for it?
IBF is not on the line, so put the IBF in the mix is pure gar***** from you.
But what can we expect from deluded ginger fanboys.
Still waiting to explain me, if its a no problem, why Canelo didnt give Kovalev full prep time and put a piece of crap rehydration clause and try to cover it, like his life is on the line.

If it wasn't important they wouldn't have insisted on it.

At least Kova is finally getting the big pay after being shafted in the Ward fights

The rehydration clause isn’t there to protect the bigger guy. I’m okay with rehydration clauses but it’s pathetic to blatantly lie about it. It’s a cowardly move by the guy who likes to stack the deck in his favor every time he steps into the ring.

It’s a ****ing disgrace. As if Canelo’s crooked judges aren’t good enough this muppet has to also put in a rehydration clause?

    Canelo is a joke.

Nope. Imo there should be a universal 10lb rehydration limit across the board.

Please God, make Canelo vs Beterbiev for 2020 or at least let him get knocked the **** out by Kovalev.

We heard the same complaints when there was one for Canelo Jacobs. Jacobs who typically balloons up in weight, the same Jacobs who GGG fans criticized for not adhering to the rehydration clause when he fought GGG.

"But the IBF changed the rule for unifications fights".

The rule change by the IBF for unificiation fights was done as a result of Jacobs not adhering to the rule and essentially aruging that it was unfair to him. But yet the rule was in place so that fighters do not have massive functional weight advantages on fight night. Now when you are moving up multiple weight classes to fight a much bigger guy than you are already going to be at a functional weight disadvantage. So in cases like Rigo Loma Garcia Spence or Canelo Kovalev that's even more of a reason to have one.

Jacobs was criticized because he opted out of the IBF belt at the last moment so that he'd rehydrate but Golovkin would not. Neither fighter wanted the rehydration clause.

... of course, when Floyd drained Canelo's ass so that he looked like **** on fight night, the Canelistas were all salty about THAT.

And of course, when Khan wanted a catchweight moving up 2 divisions to fight Canelo, ginger told him to get stuffed.

    Nice. CLENelo morality being exhibited.

Are you really this dense where you do not see how that was different? Floyd was a Champ at 154. Canelo was a Champ at 154. Floyd had won his title vs Cotto at 154. We're talking about two fighters who were champions in a division, one fighter demanding a catchweight after winning that title at the limit. VS a fighter MOVING UP 2 WEIGHT DIVISIONS in a division he's never fought at before, and doing it WITHOUT DEMANDING A CATCHWEIGHT AT ALL.

He didn't tell him to get STUFFED he AGREED to Khan's catchweight demand. You are destroying yourself here lol.

You just gave 2 examples of how he has CONCEDED to other fighters catchweight demands. Great job showing how Canelo has made big weight concessions to make fights happen, to give advantages to smaller fighters, the same advantages that he's NOT demanding of Kovalev.
