How much does that meathead weigh? He's always been manhandled and i dont get how a man who is 6ft 4 240lbs (apparently) can just get thrown around like a rag doll.

ahaha i dont know if its him who was weak, or Velasquez whos super strong, because Kongo was getting abused physically.

Kongo is a stupid fighter, he is not intelligent. How many time he was clinched with Velasquez and was taken down after? He should have break the clinch and keep the distance, but no

Every time iv seen Kongo manhandled his literally been tossed around like a rag doll. I mean this guy is a fine physical specimen but his feet must be made out of feathers. Plus he has those spindly legs like sticks and guys just shoot for a leg and he's already been smashed into the mat before you can blink.

I was very surprised how easy he was controlled on the ground. Especially after dropping the guy.

if only Kongo had finish Cain with the knee during this combination.

He needs to pull back more and pick fighters off.

He does but frankly the guy is nothing special and was begging to be KO'ed. Like iv always said that one dimension Kongo does posess which is his striking isnt that good at all. Matter of fact i think he's a **** striker. The guy is soooo robotic. He doesnt use his feet, is horrible at gauging distance, punches with no real torque and fights with no gameplan to speak of.

Apparently you're unacquainted with a little thing we like to call "technique."

Exactly, Cain was a great wrestler in college and isn't exactly a small boy, outwrestling Kongo shouldn't be that big a surprise.

Negative over. Kongo has been consistently manhandled in the UFC by VERY average wrestlers. 240lbs is a fair bit of weight but yet Kongo is tossed around the cage like he weighs a Buck O 5. Thats not technique thats just sheer brute force.

Kongo is a good kickboxer but he needs to work more and learn how to sprawl and get up. He should get in some training and get back better than ever. He is a huge man who really is underachieving in my opinion

its not his strength its his balance.. hes too topheavy.. as soon as you get him over the balance point his upper body does all the rest of the work..

Kongo can't improve he is as bad now as he has ever been, he needs a better coaching or even a 300lb guy to throw him around every day.
