Koogs had a huge impact on boxing in this country

He still is having a huge impact. His interviews are unrivalled whether that’s with Frank, Eddie or Kalle. He probes a bit and maybe asks one of two things that they don’t like as well.

 

The Rob guy from Boxing Social is actually a much better interviewer and I’ve seen him asking Frank and Eddie some very uncomfortable questions and he generally gets the answers. This is particularly difficult with Frank, who as we know, is likely to go off on one at the mere mention of something he doesn’t like.

Having said that, I’m in full agreement with the thread- Kuggan/ifl have been absolutely brilliant and changed the way for new boxing media.

I like the IFL concept and love his interviews with all the fighters. That Prince Patel interview was nothing short of hilarious.

I dont understand why Koogan gets stick.

 

He's done ok, labelling the videos " Joshua etc Raw " i find quite annoying cause you watch the interview and its nothing special

I always enjoy there vids, I’ve been a fan since the chisora/vitali fight I think

Great to have all this insight and stuff that goes on behind closed doors

I remember having to look up a weigh for a fight on warrens website on a Friday afternoon and watch a blurry vid with no sound and that was the best we got

Long story short Bernd Boente said he didn't want Kugan at the AJ Klit fight accusing him of being pro fury. Hearn didn't let kugan come. He watched it at Adam Booth's house

There's a long IFL on it between the two of them discussing it.

 

Yeah thought it was that. Hearn being told and he took it lol...Grown man should've just said nah and laughed it off

 

All that success and he still uploads in 480p

Yes his interviews on IFL are engaging and nice at first, but after a while its dull as he never asks Hearn any tough questions. I understanding its great PR for Hearn- but we would like to see him held to account better in those interviews even if its rehearsed

 

Just don't watch the Hearn interviews. We all know what it will be.

Still plenty of decent content from fighters and trainers imo
