Korobov seems to barking up the GGG tree again. Whilst I think GGG stops him comfortably, he did raise a few good points, one being GGG has been matched well and the other that he can match him for amateur pedigree which is true as he has some good scalps on his resume such as Usyk, Jacobs, Derevyanchenko.

To be fair to Korobov he has been waiting to fight GGG for a while now, saying he wants to avenge his amateur loss. I think he's rolling the dice now since his career is gone stale and is going for one last hurrah.

I think GGG should take it as a stay busy fight whilst he tries to get a fight with Jacobs, Saunders, Canelo or Eubank. Nice to see someone call out the champ, other than Lara and Khurtsidze not seen alot of people doing that. What do you think?

What has Korobov done since getting his brains scrambled by Lee? Sounds like sour grapes to me!

I'd still like this fight actually. Hopefully it goes through. I think Koro loses by tko in the mid rounds, but he may be able to give Golovkin some competition until then.

With is defeat against Lee and his subsequent inactivity, Korobov's name means nothing in the boxing world right now. He should get back in the ring ASAP against quality opposition (or at least known names).
GGG knocks him out. I guess he feels like he doesn't have anything to lose at this point, but IF everything goes according to plan 2017 will be a stacked year for him ( if the Jacobs fight happens, if Saunders grow a pair, if the Canelo fight happens...) so I doubt he'd get a crack at Golovkin.

I read that a while ago and think its pretty much on the mark.

All this busting up HWs and creasing Kovalev in half during camp has all been designed to portray GGG as some kind of unbeatable savage. Its all an illusion so they can claim he's the most avoided fighter in the sport giving him carte balance to feast on bums all his life.
He's done nothing but chase after lower weight and retired guys since he burst on the scene back in 2012 claiming he wanted every top name from 54 - 175.
What has he done since then? Absolutey nothing. The charade is over. The truth is out. Gennady Quackovich Ducklovkin.

Eubank Jr is going to tear him limb from limb if he finds his ballz to take that fight next year:chuck::icon_domokun::icon_domokun:

The they have all the excuses in the world not to fight him

Korobov is one of the most disappointment fighters I've ever seen. He had an incredibly amateur resume with wins over Kovalev and Usyk. I expected great things from him when he turned pro, but has accomplished nothing of note.

He should rematch Lee, conquer his demons and make a final run at the titles.

Great! This fight has to be made right away! Korobov must be a monster! What middleweight belt or sold out stadium does Korobov bring to a fight with GGG?

If I'm being honest I don't think Jacobs will take that fight for 25%. Saunders is done for me, he will probably be stripped eventually which means Murata will get the belt although I've knocked looked at the rankings. Canelo fight will probs happen 2018 if GGG shows more slippage.

Its going to be hard to get guys to put pen to paper if all the guys you prey on are from lower weights. .

It takes a new breed of coward to claim to being ducked by guys 2-3 -4 divisions lower :vomiton:

You sound like you really know boxing! GGG's people really need to learn from you! So if you were managing GGG you would advise him to fight Korobov?

I would consider it as a stay busy fight whilst he tries to get the big fights but i just don't like that what does he bring to the table excuse, you can only say that if you have better alternatives on the table but right now Saunders is not fighting anyone, Jacobs wants big bucks and Goldenboy aren't risking their golden goose.
