Eubanks requests could have been dealt with easily. They were given no contract and the pug was suddenly pulled form under them with the Brook fight announced almost immediately.
We now now why the plug was pulled and it wasn't because Eubanks wasn't willing to fight.

Hearns over pays Vargas to come over to fight Brook on Sky Box Office
GGG vs Eubank presents itself on the same month.
Hearns can't run two PPV fights on the same month.
Talks were already engaged with K2 when Brook called out GGG a few months earlier.
Hearns has to cancel a PPV . Book has a big PPV fight in his contract.
The PPV goes to the Matchroom fighter and Eubank is canceled out without even knowing it.
Brook is signed with Showtime. GGG is signed with HBO.
Brook vs GGG means new networks , new people and new contracts.
Thinking a cross network fight can be made in 24 hours with the same contract = delusional fanboy who dksab.

A year later Eddie Hearns comes out and openly admits that he pulled the plug on the fight.
