KT put people in the air with punches, a one shot threat at any moment.

IMO, a prime KT when he first came on the scene wouldn't just beat Matthysse, at his best he would destroy him.

Tszyu wins. Prime Tszyu absolutely destroyed come-forward, pressure fighters in his career (except for the Hatton fight, where he was just older). Matthysse would take a ridiculous amount of punishment and maybe get stopped late because Tszyu's punches were so heavy. Don't forget Tszyu's 250 amateur fight wins, he accumulated tremendous boxing skills as an amateur that would give Matthysse all sorts of trouble.
