You realize Mayweather is rated more because of his perceived boxing skills than his resume?

Tszyu has a good resume and is rated as borderline ATG but if you want boxers regarded as ATGs with weak resumes or that haven't beaten a great fighter you should check out Ricardo Lopez, Carlos Zarate, or even Julio Cezar Chavez considering how highly he is rated on ATG lists. There are other examples of course...
