You pick Aaron Pryor to build up Tszyu? Its probably a consensus on this board that Pryor has a weak resume as well, the reason he rates highly is head to head. Tszyu has that embarrassing loss to Phillip which Pryor doesn't have. And as has been said, who on Tszyu's resume comes close to Arguello? Yes Arguello was older but he showed he still was great when he faced Pryor. The Chavez who fought Tszyu was nothing.

Yeah but my whole point is if Aaron Pryor is a Great of Boxing why isnt Tszyu.

Is it becuase Tszyu isnt born in the USA.

Nothing at all to do with that. Weakest argument ever. It's because of Pryor's stock after his dominant wins over Arguello more than anything, and the fact that most consider Pryor just better at his best than Tszyu, as was proven.

To most people, myself included, Pryor is only just great. And it isn't because he isn't born in the U.S.A. I am myself Australian and live here, I just don't consider him great. He's a credit to boxing though and I've met him a couple of times, always a nice guy.

The Cervantes win on Pryor's resume is probably better than any win kostya has too. Cervantes was ranked p4p and #1 in his own division.
