I'd favor Floyd to outbox Tszyu, as I believe Tszyu became less and less versatile as his career progressed, opting to become more of a puncher than anything. He'd look to time his big single shots right down the middle, especially the straight right, and I think he often left himself open to counters. And I think it is Floyd who'd figure out Tszyu's style honestly, as Floyd has a history of adapting in fights, whereas Tszyu had a pretty set style.

    Same old **** in here.

Probably the best man for the job in his Prime to upset PBF yet all the nuthuggers see Tszyu not having any chance.

Welcome to another lesson in Boxing 101.

PBF just dealt with a over the hill Dela Hoya yet everyone has him blasting a Prime Tszyu away.

Yeah PBF is great and im not saying flat that Tszyu would win im saying this fight is 50/50.
Cause if Tszyu caught PBF at all or hurt him well it would be over because Tszyu hunts and finish's his prey better than anyone.

To close to call cant give an answer.

But to alll the Nuthuggers watch a bit more on Tszyu before making an assesment on a guy in his Prime at 140 to guy that had 3 fights at 140 against Corley,Brussles and and old old Gatti.

If you honestly watched the fight then I don't see how you can say Zab has Floyd on ***** street and I definately don't see how you can say that Floyd edged a close decision. I gave Zab 3 rounds, the most you could've given him was 4 rounds. And that includes the 12th. This means that Zab was hopelessly behind going into the championship rounds. If you disagree, please tell me which rounds you scored for Zab besides the 1,2,4 and 12.

Do you agree with the decision on not to DQ PBF after Roger entered the Ring and took a swipe at Zab.

By the rule book the fight should have gone to Zab. :deal But yet the bailed the pretty boy out.

Being that the round was stopped due to the foul, the ref had the choice(not the obligation) to DQ Floyd. He chose not to DQ Floyd. This of course was the right decision given the circumstances. Furthermore, what the hell does this have to do with the topic at hand? Would Zab beating Floyd via DQ in a fight that he was clearly losing prove that he was better than Floyd? The answer is no. Given this, I have no idea why you're even bringing it up.

What you say about Tszyu becoming more of a puncher as his career progressed is true, as he relied more on single, well-timed powershots as you put it. But it is important to remember that due to the injurys he suffered as his career progressed it was necessary for him to adjust his style to a certain extent, this I believe is the main factor that led to Tszyu`s becoming more one-dimentional late in his career.

This served him well as he was also older and coming off of long layoffs and as such he decided to expend less energy by being more methodical in his approach and looking to end his fights with fewer but more devastating, well-timed counters down the pipe. The early incarnation of Tszyu before all the injurys started to plague him was a dangerous man with all-round ability but with a higher workrate than later on as he was young and injury free.

That version of Tszyu I see getting the better of Mayweather, just too strong in close and equally as accurate as Floyd at mid-range with a knockout punch in either fist to go with it all.... add it all up and you have yourself a very long and painful night for Floyd, and one in which I think he will look more to survive as the fight progresses than to really turn it up a notch and win even though he may feel the fight is slipping away.

Yeah but im just giving it food for thought.

You think PBF is invincable but yet he just got past a old old Dela Hoya.

I thought he lost the first fight against Castillo and was again rewarded for doing nothing.
Im just saying you can bring up Tszyu's fault but PBF has just as many.

And PBF has stated that he wouldnt fight Tszyu to he was as old as Roger. Yet at the time he said this Tszyu had just turned 35 a year older than when Tszyu fought Roger.

Can you say *****. PBF acutally said this ****. It was pretty much PBF saying he would never fight Tszyu and i think the reason he was scared he might get Knocked the **** Out.

PBF said this **** in a Press conference. Then he went on to fight Gatti.

Floyd is beatable and i feel his toughest test wouldnt have been Oscar at 154 and wasnt Hatton at 147 nor Zab.

It would however be a Prime Tszyu or Dela Hoya at 140. They ruled there opponents there. Sent them to sleep.

Pbf however nearly got sent to sleep by Corley there.

Thats all im saying PBF nuthuggers have seen all PBF's fights but im wondering have they seen Tszyu or even Dela Hoya's fights there or even Chavez's fights there.

PBF is very beatable and 140 is the weight he could beat at against Prime guys like i mentioned.

Great Post again and i 100% agree that he had to change his ways to end fights early because his body wasnt as good as fights went longer.

Yet the Tszyu i saw against Forrest in the Amatuers was well just amazing. I fealt under Lewis he changed not that it mattered but in the sense that everyone thought Tszyu was slow and couldnt box.

But he could he just because of injury etc changed his style.

Great Post. Raging Bull one of the best of seen in a while.

What the hell for, it was totally out of place.

When the hell did I say Floyd was invincible. The threadstarter said that Tszyu would dominate Floyd, I said that if Tszyu were to win it would be by close decision. As fas as the Oscar fight, he was going up in weight and was giving up 4 lbs at the weigh in. I personally gave Floyd 8 rounds in that fight, but props to Oscar for being competitive.

The three people that mattered thought otherwise.

No he doesn't. It is for this reason that Floyd is undefeated through 5 weight classes. Tszyu had 2 losses and only fought in 1 weight class. One of those losses was a stoppage to a guy Floyd dominated and stopped.

Floyd also said after the Bruseles fight that he would love to fight Tszyu, he made similar statements after the N'Dou fight. He also said he was going to fight Oscar again and then retired. Floyd says a lot of ****. He was probably joking when he made that remark. You have to take what he says with a grain of salt many times.

You don't know what you're talking about

Floyd was never in a position to fight Oscar at 140, I don't even know why you even said that. Of course you believe Tszyu would've been his toughest test, you're from Australia.

Again, you don't know what you're talking about. Floyd went back to the ropes, but he wasn't close to being stopped. In fact, he went on to win that round.

I wonder if you've seen any of Floyd's fights given some of the inaccurate statements that you've made.

Floyd is not very beatable(which is why he's undefeated). Tszyu, on the other hand, has been beat twice. We know he can be beat, the same can't be said about Floyd. I'm not saying Floyd can't be beat, but to say he's very beatable is ridiculous. Also, he was completely dominant at 140. Sure, his comp wasn't great and he only had 3 fights. However, I don't see how dominating every opponent that you face in a particular weight class proves that you are beatable in that weight class.

I sit back and watch Tszyu fights sometimes and wonder what the hell everyone saw in him. Hes a good fighter yes but what the hell in his resume makes people pick him over true great fighters. DLH gets no love for his dominat win over a prime Leija but Tszyu does basically nothing for most of that fight agianst a blown up Leija and everyone calls that a great win, DLH gets **** on for fighting and destroying Chavez in 96-98 but Tszyu does i in 2000 and gets ****ing praise,Floyds win over Judah gets picked apart but Tszyu its some godly win, same goes for his wins over Ruleas and MAG but others earlier wins of the same fighters mean nothing. Where was this god at when Vince Phillips BRUTALLY KOed Tszyu or when Hatton made him quit with just 1 round left ?

Yeah ive seen most PBF fights Corley had him wobbly by the way and if that was Tszyu.

    Goodnight.

He won well against Corrales he got lucky against Castillo.

**** we all had him winning against Hatton.

Ok i apoligize i thought you were just another PBF nuthugger.

Look im a bit baised im a Zoo fan but all i know is this for me Tszyu vs PBF at 140 Prime vs Prime it would be tougher than a Cotto fight or even tougher than PBF against Hatton.

Thats all i meant by it all. Like ive said this fight for me is 50/50 and im a huge Tszyu fan yet realistic that Tszyu would make it a war. Only because everytime Tszyu was a clear underdog which is what he would be against PBF he won easy.

    He feed of it.

See Big Red another stupid poster. Just read this post.

And tell me why i get pissed off. Im a huge fan and not once have i mentioned Tszyu's wins against Chavez or Lieja.

I mention his wins against Prime fighters like MAG,Judah,Mitchell,Hurtado and yet this idiot brings up Tszyu's loss at 36 years old after 2 years off and one fight that went 3 rounds against Sharmba.

    Another Idiot boxing Fan.

Big Red you ask me why i come in here and get upset this is why.

Once again a Boxing Expert Jimmie everyone.

Knocking out all Hurtado,Judah,Mitchell and of course the Only man to KO MAG all fighters in there Prime is not good enough because none of them are future HOF's.

    Great concept.

I suppose you think Mosley should go to the HOF though even though he is a dope cheat.
