Golovkin is the closest to Kostya's style i have seen for some time, great power walk up bustling type of fighter and very front on.!!!!
KT was a fine technical boxer. Floyd would be very focused against him because he would be a real threat. The only way I can see KT winning is by landing a bomb, he is not going to outbox Floyd. He would not outmuscle Floyd. Yes he could hurt Floyd but many many lesser fighters than Floyd hurt KT. KT would have his moments , maybe even flooring Floyd. But ultimately Floyd would hurt, mark up and damage KT more. Late stoppage for Floyd or points. The late rounds are all Floyd
i think he got over confident because he dominated every minute of every round against p4p top 5 fighter at the time and went for the kill but got caught cold by one of the biggest p4p punchers of all time.since thst fight i dont think any of our boys have come close to beating a p4p fighter.fenech is prob the closest in his draw vs nelson which could have gone either way
Do you think Nelson would of been stopped had it been a 15 rd fight. And why don't you think Herol try to get a rematch with Jackson, after like you said, dominated every minute of every round...........well apart from the 2 secs that he got nailed. I find that quite strange don't you.
The Kostya Tszyu of 1999-2001 could beat anyone, now Mayweather is the best defensive fighter i have ever seen, KT would have to land early and get Mayweather onto plan B asap. Mayweather does have a plan B, that is the beauty of his ringmanship, he was wobbled by Mosley, but adjusted and won a clear and wide UD. KT would go close, but Mayweather wins a close decision. KT was a master of stalking his opponenet and cutting off the ring, Mayweather would've had to use all of it to avoid one of those KT bombs. The fight was going to happen, but KT gave it all up to fight the ballbreaker in Hatton!
Why didn't Herol go on to bigger n better things after he had his lights turned off by Jackson. He seemed to slide by the wayside after that loss. Do you think his mental side....along with his chin......ever recover?
probably didnt recover, easily better than any middleweight we produced but just didnt fulfill his potential
I'd back Tony Mundine, Hector Thompson & Dave Sands to completely obliterate your boy Herol.......so there's 3 for you for starters.
In 2005 KT chased the money, was inactive after injury and gave away far to many advantages to the Hatton team. I am not sure he counted on the referee being so blind and he ended up with his balls as earrings! The KT of 2001 obliterates Hatton inside 5 rounds. The KT 1999-2001 gives Mayweather one helluva fight!
What a crock of **** Mad earl. Go watch the Judah fight again hey..........and I'll remind you that years later Judah gave Floyd all he could handle in 12 rds.
