    Well I've heard that it's because a certain promoter allegedly likes rough eastern european dogs, alledgedly they're a speciality. Allegedly a certain promoter gets certain pugilists to bring in said dogs as part of their alledged entourage, so that the alledged promoter can allegedly bum them and then allegedly give them to his alledged mates in Soho.
