Look at Kovalev in the thumbnail picture, he's got that "if you try something I'm straight knocking your ass out" readiness.

 

Looks to me like Kovalev wanted to punch him right there and then. The hate is about as clear as ive ever seen in this sport. And Ward seems to be a fantastic wind up merchant, he is just making Kovalev angrier and angrier but its very subtle. That isnt a crticism of Ward by the way. Being hateful and raging isnt really the best emotion to be boiling with when your up against an elite Boxer.

Kovalev was full of sportsmanship and fair play the first time.

Now he's full of hate and anger. I dont think its good for him because he showed he can outbox the boxer. This time I got a feeling he will go in with " F the judges" attitude and probably wont listen to his corner as he should. He will go in there to straight murder Ward. And he has a lot of tools, he's not a Maidana type of fighter.

 

Sergey turned away first because he was tempted to knock that smirk off Wards face right then & there. I just hope thatit will be a fair fight with no suspect officiating like last time. But it's Vegas isn't it so who knows?? All I can say is......

ward isnt an intimidating man at all. A good fighter with a steel mind and heart, but nothing intimidating about him. When it takes a guy 9rounds to get rid of Paul Smith, there is nothing to fear.
Ward wont be intimidated but he needs to be wary, Kovalev can hurt him.

 

No doubt! Theycent blah blah blah has never trained a combat sport or probably even been in a real fight but he is an expert on subtleties of face to face confrontations.

No idea why the U.S. keep invading sovereign nations when they could just fly over and drop leaflets of Ward and Virgil Hunter. That would do far more damage than any bombs we could drop.
