Kovalev ask for Rematch Clause. I guess he is not as confident as his supporters!!!

    Can Crusher really? Come on Willie you're better than that, since you've written a few posts about how much more you like Kovalev than GGG and that he deserves more attention and credit than he gets.

    If this is a great fight, wouldn't it be good to have a rematch? Think of the classic rematcges / trilogies in boxing history. Kovalev's earnt these titles the hard way by accumulation, not in a one off fight. I think he deserves a rematch clause especially if there is a dodgy decision / referee, which happen way too much in boxing. Finally, the longer these two fight the more likely Kovalev wears him down, be it over 12 or 24 rounds.

    How about this? He bludgeoned the hell out of Pascal for 6 of 8 rounds and Jean wanted a rematch, what if Ward wins 3 or 4 on his to being bludgeoned and stopped and his fanboys idiotically cry early stoppage, who says Kovalev has any doubts, he might just want another big paycheck.

    He already telegraphing that right hand in the boxing press. Kovalev is okay but he is a one trick pony when he is pressured. Chilemba fight showed us this.
