I don't think old Kov can pull off this one and see Nelo the same favorite bookies do. But hell, those odds are tempting, so I might throw a few bucks on Serg for the gig of it.

However: any of you firm Kovalev believers putting some serious dough on the Russian?

Sad what Kovalev has become sad sight.it's like an old warrior being led to the battle to be beaten for spectacles but he will be paid more than he has ever been before so it's OK, i guess.

The only reason I'd put money on Kovalev would be because he's my sentimental favourite, as a gesture of solidarity and to make the fight more exciting because there's $$$ on the line. I'm fully expecting Canelo by decision though.

I mean..on the betting on this site (Don't bet in real life), I put 25 of my 500 on Kovalev (None on Canelo, just to be clear)

I'm personally liking Kovalev on points. Think Kovalev might knock Canelo down at some stage, but Canelo will rally and manage to survive 12 rounds. Kovalev is just too big for Canelo.

CST80 might genuinely put money on Kovalev though. He seems to believe 100% that Canelo has made a grievous error and that this cherry pick is a cherry bomb and that ginger is gonna get his fingers blown off. He puts up a good argument, what can I say ... only one thing: before the rehydration scandal broke, I was thinking Kovalev might have a real chance. But now I don't. Seen too many weight drained fighters mysteriously look like crap on fight night and their supporters later claim that they beat the real deal. T'ain't so. Weight draining takes the soul out of a fighter.

Let me know when I get to be your sentimental favorite, I can always do good with a few bucks.

    I put $300 on Kovalev.

May not have been a wise move on my part, I have faith in Sergey, but not in the unscrupulous Las Vegas officials.

I might go 15 on a kovalev ko... I think he's done and will lose... But I'll buzz my tits off regardless of money if kovalev beats him.. Especially if he stops him

I'm not a big gambler, but I'd never put big money down on boxing.

Its just to corrupt to bet on. Especially with the fight having secret clauses that the gambler isn't informed about and Canelos history with dodgy cards.

I'm trying to bet the house but there isn't enough time to move it from its foundation...

    $40 on Josh Taylor + Kovalev + Andy Ruiz Jr = ~$1300
    $40 on LSU-Auburn +10.5 (already won) + Kovalev + Andy Ruiz Jr = ~$1100

I do think Kovalev is going to win but I'm more certain Ruiz is going to beat AJ. If Kovalev wins tonight I think I'm cashing my tickets for sure.
