Kovalev calls Stevenson "Piece of S***"

IS it the new thing for black fighters built by HBO to sign with Al Haymon and hide behind the "networks" to duck fighters they have no heart to face?

Actually this is pretty much spot on. There is also the fact that Blacks as well as Latinos are far more Clanish than whites and will stick together far more consistently.

Every wonder why the U.S. does not p-roduce top quality White fighters? The answer is really quite simple and it has nothing to do with economics. In fact when White kids go into boxing gyms they are made to feel singularly unwelcome by the Blacks and Latinos that predominate the gyms structure. This includes the coaches as well.

Ever wonder why White kids from the U.S. seem to do much better in MMA? Because MMA is open to all who want to learn and work hard while having progressive coaches and intrepid innovators who did not have aces to gring against Whitey like in boxing.

 

Stevenson is a piece of ****. He reneged on a contract that he signed to take less money to fight on showtime.

If he's not a piece of **** he's at the very least a huge *****. He keeps claiming its a business move going with Al. I'm not buying it.

If this is such a good business move for Adonis stevenson why doesn't he explain why the contract with HBO wasn't good business? Adonis got a 7 mil three fight contract from HBO. That's 2.3 mil per fight. Guaranteed Showtime isn't going to pay him 2.3 mil for Fonfara, he won't get paid 4.6 mil for Hopkins. So how does the Showtime deal make sense? How does signing with Hayemen make sense?
Once you sign with Al Hayemen he takes a 30% cut of a fighter's purse. So your telling me, leaving HBO for gauranteed less money and then voluntarily giving some guy a 30% cut is good business. That doesn't make sense to me.
With that 30% cut Adonis would have to be making 9.1 mil to equal the contract he left on the table at HBO. Fat chance that'll ever happen.
Now I know that there is some talk that Hayemen has a long term plan for Stevenson. But past the Bhop fight I don't see it. Who is he going to fight? His rivals are all under HBO.
Do we have anything concrete to go on that we actually can point to and say ya Adonis is getting paid more money with Showtime? Nope. Not a thing. Just some vague statements about it being a business move. So until I see the proof I'm calling BS.....Stevenson is a ***** ass Piece of ****.
