Who criticised Alvarez for that? Chilemba's a tough out for anyone - bit like a LHW Sakio - he's never quite gonna have enough for the top level but you ain't gonna get by him less you're pretty damn good. I though Eleidar deserved props for taking on Chilemba.. could have very easily backfired like it did for Lepikhin

 

It's a good tuneup... Chilemba will get knocked out in 7..

 

Good fight, about the best available. Chilemba's not a world beater but he's a tough night's work for almost anyone and can definitely pull an upset or two even against better fighters.

Also, stylistically being an awkward guy that he is, he's good preparation for the Ward fight.

I thought it said Kovalev - Cthulhu for a second, not that the outcome of the fight would have been any different.

Very good fight to take before Ward, plus he's a credible voluntary defense.

More like

"Hey Isaac, we've got this guy who is knocking everyone out/undefeated...you're fighting in his hometown...pack your ****."
