This fight is going to be ALL ABOUT who can establish and work off their jabs best...it's how both men work...both classical boxers.

If Kovalev fails to get it working it's night over might as well retire in the corner.
If Ward can't get it working it's night over might as well retire in the corner.

However a median will be found and we will have a great boxing match on our hands...hopefully it doesn't start at too slow a pace...otherwise we will be in round 7 and it will feel like nothing has happened.

Ward mostly defensive posturing with some well timed offence to try and keep Kovalev on his feet and Kovalev pressing towards Ward...

I really doubt either guy has any comprehensive gameplan and it seems rather pointless to do that as well, their trainers have probably picked out one or two things to look out for/exploit of course, but it's not going to be some: "Hey you go in there you do this that, then this that".

kovalev has a plan thats for sure. i dont believe that for a second. even if they dont work on there gameplan there is something each fighter relys on . which kovalev may be his power but kovalev still has a plan that goes beyond his power. like how to set up his power shot.

    That's exactly how it works.
A plan outlines a sequence of actions/reactions to achieve specific goals.
Everyone knows Hunter is known for his fight strategies and Ward is known for accurately executing them.
