Kovalev is a beast..

Kovalev and Ward both have tremendous fighting instincts, as shown by various tactics that they used in their fight. However, Ward has the greater toolkit and is less basic. I feel like Kovalev needed to be more of a beast in his fight, in that he has excellent power but was a touch timid in the second half of the fight despite being the hunter. He also needed to cut off the ring much more effectively rather than chasing ghosts.

Much respect to both. Kovalev shouldn't be marginalised, for he is an excellent fighter, and I hope fans can respect Ward's ability and not rubbish him just because they think he was the beneficiary of home cooking.

I've scored it fully twice now and came up with the narrow victory for Krusher both times, and have watched some rounds repeatedly.

 

Your agenda (not so hidden) represents everything wrong about this world. That said SK will be back he made a great account of himself as did Ward.

I'm looking forward to next weeks fight as well and probably for different reasons that yours. Pathetic little man living vicariously through the success of men that match his preferred phenotype.

Kovalev has nothing to be ashamed of he's as every bit as good as I thought he was. His fight with hopkins made me a believer. He's a top 3 p4p fighter hands down and great for the sport.

 

I fear for my children because of characters like this guy....I have more respect for the balatant separatist vs the weak minded passive aggressive sissies

 

He brings guys with great Chins like Hopkins and Ward to their knees. Guy is a beast. And should still be undefeated. Ward fought his heart out though respect even though he didn't deserve decision.

 

Tamed? Come on man. The fight was very even. Dont understand why prople love this jab and grab bull****. Wlad would be proud.

 

The problem with this fight is we don't want to risk it becoming MayPac where we're watching in slow motion. An important thing is that minus the commentary, we should judge a round realtime.

 

Time slows down for the great athletes. We must now watch this in slow motion.

 

I've done that and I end scoring it for Kovalev. No way around it for me. A bad decision. I won't say robbery because everyone has different opinion of what a robbery is. I thought Kovalev won the fight I thought he deserved to win the fight and I'll leave it at that.
