  1. And he was dropped in the first round. Maybe I should upgrade my tickets and get closer so that I can hear his jaw crack if Nadjib lands a good one. Can't wait until Ward vs Kovalev.:bbb

Ward is the grand chief of exposing in boxing.

Ward is going to get jabbed to death, and knocked out. Whichever comes first. :D

Anyone who brings up the Caparello knock down should be required to post the video.

That was NOT a kd, Kovalev was off balance and slipped (something that's happened to him quite a few times) and the lady ref ruled it a KD

Learn the difference between a real knockdown, and being off balance you clown. The latter has absolutely nothing to do with chin, but balance and positioning.

Sergey KRUSHER Kovalev has a very good chin.

But more than that he is the best finisher in boxing, hits very very hard and has great boxing skills.

Kovalev got legitimately dropped by Caparello; he got raked by a few straight lefts early in the round.

Beterbiev got legitimately dropped by page; you don't take 8 steps backward into the corner after a "slip."

But the thing is, they each came back in the second round and scored a KO, so who gives a ****?

They work in a job, where the opponents goal is to hit them in the head with great force, knockdowns happen, it's what you do when you get up that's important.

He pushed Kovalev down and that push was set up by a nutshot and stepping on Kovalev's foot. Caparello's a big fan of Cotto's obviously.

Didn't even think that was a legitimate KD, looked like a balance issue.

Neither of them were, people who say otherwise are looking for something that isn't there, probably wishful thinking.

I can picture what Ward vs Kovalev would look like. Keep in mind, Kovalev is bigger, stronger, and frankly just as intelligent as Ward with ring IQ.

I can imagine the fight ending somewhat early, Kovalev landing a flush shot into Ward's liver.. Ward being the smaller and weaker dude won't stand a chance, especially if he moves up in weight with his feather fists  he's a soft puncher in his own division :rofl

This. He instantly got back up from slipping.
