    He won't beat Ward if he doesn't make some improvements. And JDJ is not the guy to help him make those improvements.

    And yet look at how long it took for the fight to end. Same thing with the Hopkins fight.

    He's got a deceptive jab; it's quick and he throws it from slightly different angles. If Kovalev only had one, predictable, weapon then (even a 50 year-old) Hopkins would have taken it away from him.

    The jab and body-shots are very effective.
