Kovalev beat Ward in every aspect. Ward who is supposed to be a good "boxer" was reduced to a wrestler. If he wouldn't have kept charging in and wrestling Kovalev would have continued to box his ears off and would have put him on the canvas for good. Kovalev is one of the best fighters in terms of boxing skill, Ward couldn't see punches coming because of Krusher's long range. Ward got lucky with the decision too. Biggest robbery in a high profile fight since Pac-Bradley.

 

Of course you need to KO a man, who lost by 4rounds and still got the hometown decision, being outlanded, knocked down, outjabbed and made to look desperate.

Kovalev will need to Kill Ward, because if there is any signs of life in ward, he will get the decision.
