Kovalev will be back. He's fine and he surely loves those benjamins now. But the referee thing aside, he doesnt have that same fire in his belly as he did a couple years ago. He's living the life and good for him.

Lool far superior ? What are you smoking. It was a close fight, just like the first. Yea Ward proved he's the better fighter, and has the better team behind him. Kovalev deserved to lose this fight, but not waived off like this, it doesnt even do a favour to Andre
Tony weeks did a terrible job, if you're even remotely fair you admit it

Hatmam on YouTube called the ending to this fight one of the "most disgraceful stoppages" he's ever seen in pro boxing. Hatman has one of the best channels on YouTube.

I'll take his view over yours.

If you take away one year of depression from now, then he only has 1 year left in his career:cool:

If Kovalev's confidence is gone then dont put him in with a top 5 fighter.

Get a Top 20 fighter and fight in Russia.

This may be a good opportunity. Chickenson may believe he has a chance after the two debacles with Ward. He'd flatten the one dimensional southpaw and get a belt in the process. Let's just see if Stevenson has any balls, without balls a fight with Ward gives one advantage.... Lol

I don't think a third match on the trot is necessary for them, well, at least not straight away. I'd like to see Ward beat Stevenson and Kovalev take on another top fighter to build the fight again. I think they'll both struggle with Beterbiev though...

I don't get for the life of me why Ward don't sell more ppv. He's humble, acually somewhat exiting to watch, has a spotless record outside of the ring, only fights the best and is currently undefeated.

What would the over and under be on Kovalev fighting within one year of this loss? I think he's out for at least a year. In another month Viktor Postol would be out for a full year with no fight scheduled.

Kovalev needs to get on some high grade EPO and start tearing **** up again.
