    Thanks.

I always enjoy reading your posts. :good

I'm a big fan of Andre's, and I just want him to fight anyone. But we don't know what he's thinking. Maybe he's just waiting for a big money fight and nothing else? Maybe he's not motivated to just have a tune up for poor money? Who knows?

But I'd just like him to fight twice within the next 6 months or so, even if one of them's only a ten rounder. He's nearly 31 and he's stagnating. I think he'll look back when he's retired and will have huge regrets regarding this chapter of his career.

Now nobody wants to see him fight Kov more than me. And Andre's got to expect fans to call for this type of fight, seeing as though he's spoke of going up to HW one day.

But IMHO, his circumstances are completely different to GGG's, as I've mentioned. There's no way anyone at this time, could expect Andre to move up and fight Kov, when he hasn't been fighting. I can see why many people think it's double standards, but they're not really, if you look deeper into things.

What Ward fought at in the Olympics is irrelevant to what he's fighting at as a professional. His best weight is 168. Now if he calls out Kovalev then he needs to go to 175 but if Kovalev wants him then Kov needs to go to 168. It's as simple as that if your agenda is only about boxing.

You could put a different spin on it and say Ward has more experience in big match ups and fights than Golovkin.
I also havent seen Golovkin call out Ward. Show me a link please

You may well be correct. I will give him, like I would anyone, the benefit of the doubt and a chance to honour his bet

You could, but again the circumstances are different.

Ward hasn't done anything of late.

Regarding calling Ward out, sorry that was my mistake. He didn't specifically call out Ward, but he reportedly said that he'd fight anyone between 154-168.

Which I believe is why Ward has mentioned him as a potential opponent.

But as of late, Ward hasn't mentioned anything about fighting at LHW.

    So it's a little different.

It IS relevant because it's not like people are asking him to fight at a weight he has never fought at. You can't compare this to say, Floyd fighting Golovkin or something like that.

The way boxing works (whether we like it or not) is that the bigger draw call the shots. There is NO ONE that Ward has mentioned that Ward is the shot caller for. He wants to fight Chavez? OK fine, but if Chavez says the fight takes place in Mexico in an 18 ft ring, then guess what? That is how it is going down. Ward overrates his pull and that is the real reason he is inactive.

We'd never have heard of him had he gone down to 160 then ruled at 175.

He'd definitely never be considered GOAT material.:patsch
