    Kovalev has to fight his mandatories, but blame the boxing org.'s for ranking no good fighters as a mandatory. Vladimir Klitschko has to defend his mandatories as well, that comes, esp. when a boxer has several belts. I give credit to the WBC for forcing Stevenson to fight Kovalev............Golovkin is also Cotto's mandatory, but Cotto will give up his belt rather than fight Golovkin...............
