Many obstacles in front of KOvalev for this fight. Would like too see a decent American ref at the very least. The judges will have to be of mixed citizenship according to WBO rules. Definitely a U.K. judge along with an American then probably that Belgian judge or some other weiner judge from a ***** country that is sympathetic to the U.K..

I have to agree it's certainly true to some extend, I still can't see Cleverly win this.
For some reason a lot of Brits and Americans are blind for what has been going on for decades, while screaming bloody murder when the same things happen in other countries.

Thing is, it ain't just Duva and ME, the HBO $s are very much behind Kovalev.

Who's gonna be the bigger cash cow for them, the US based KO artist or the light hitting Welshman who doesn't like to travel? For this reason I'd not expect the judge selection to be excessively bad.

The point is, unless Cleverly starts getting some of that ol' Bhop alien DNA in him, this fight will not go to the judges.
